I already had my disability hearing in front of the judge and waiting to hear back. I've been diagnosed with major depressive disorder recurrent episodes, severe with psychosis, ptsd, and schizo affective disorder- bipolar type and migraines. I currently work 10 hours a week sometimes it can vary and be 15-25hrs once in awhile. I don't make over a thousand dollars a month. The judge asked my attorney to have my employer fill out a paper about my job. I never told my work anything about my mental conditions all they know about is my migraines I have and my boss will make accommodations for me if the migraines affect me at work. Do I have a chance at even winning my case? will whatever my job says about my work hurt me?
U have been diagnostic with panic attack disorder with agoraphobia.and major depressive disorder with recurrent episodes of bereavement. I have PTSD.
