How do I file a Federal SSD brief I need assistance due to my atty not familiar w/ process or where to send it. I cannot find help anywhere on web nor any attys w/ experience doing this. Please help

do to your companies bad representation. I have a copy of an email from Randy Persad asking me for an update on what is happening with my case with social security?

Hi Robert,
Being denied a reconsideration appeal happens pretty often, but you may have more luck at an ALJ Hearing. I would contact the SSA for more information about a release to right of fee, you can call them at 1-800-772-1213.

You may be able to do so at www.ssa.gov
On the appeal fact sheet said: While your appeal is pending, you must complete and return a claim certification for the period(s) under appeal. What is it mean with a claim certification? an other application for disability?

It should have some more information on the letter, if not, I would contact your local SSA office and they would be able to provide your with the forms you need.
