Haven't got first check yet,but they say it will be 280 dollars a month,I recently contacted them and told them I no longer work at all,280,dollars does not even cover my rent,of 450,much less my utilities or car insurance,what can I do,I can't survive on that,and I can't work!!!!!!

You may need to contact your local SSA office regarding your change in income, they may be able to adjust your benefits to better reflect your situation.
