Washington State Social Security Disability Benefits

Because Social Security Disability benefits are federal benefits, those in Washington state can apply for Social Security disability.

Disability claims that are denied in the state of Washington can file an appeal. You can file a "Request for Reconsideration" to appeal your denial. You must submit the request within 60 days of receiving your denial.
