A book I bought ('The Wilborn Method - SSD: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Your Benefits' by Ralph Wilborn) wrote about the importance of details when filling out this form. They mention that the 'Remarks' area does not provide enough room. They suggest ADDING papers to that area as needed.
I get their point. But on the one hand, I see SSA needing details BUT also needing a concise report. So, is a 'happy medium' the best way to go? Provide details as needed - but don't write them a novel such as 'War and Peace'?! Grin.
Thank you,
Dean
