why dose it take so long to find out if ur approved for ssi i filed in july and they said i wont know anything til november 22 why do i hvae to wait that long

It generally takes a long time because the SSA may have a large amount of claims to review.
so i really need to find out if im approvered for ssi cuz i really need to pay bills and need a working phone so my doc can get a hold of me how do i get them to hurry and make the decision

It may be the only lump sum that you would receive, the SSA generally pays out a maximum of $2000 for lump sums with the exception of the final sum, which can be any amount.
How do I get my money back from credit union they kept my disability check all because of a scam and the bank cleared the check I did report to police but nothing was ever done I got behind in my bills it was this pass December the people at credit union were not helpful I changed banks the other bank called the scammer and tried to track shouldn't the credit union been the ones to help me recover my disability check instead of saying that I would have to repay

Ok another to ask I was fully awarded disability my daughter has been on disability her whole life I heard since I am now on disability she would get more money how do I make sure she gets her increase

I applied for disability the first time I almost died I was denied then I tried again when I got very sick and denied again I gave up when I came to pa I applied again and finally receive but the judge didn't grant me a lump sum which I feel was not accurate I have a genetic disorder multi disorders and there severe but I forced myself to work cause how else would I of paid my bills I even went to work after a public synthesis fracture and other severitys it wasn't easy I was very depressed and doctors were prescribing me stuf left and right for many many years I suffered in school I suffered as a young child
