Maryland Workman's Comp Commission disabled me at 50%

I was injured in 2002 with a head and neck injury and haven't been able to hold a job for more that a couple of days since. I have just started seeing a doc to help with pain again after 3 yrs without one. In 2007 I was given a settlement and told I was 50% disabled by the Maryland Workman's Comp Commission. Would I be able to get disability now if I applied? heathsayers@yahoo.com
