hello,i live in florida,im 26 yrs old, i have an ulcera in a eye,,can i apply for benefits?

I have two health issues that cause me considerable pain. The first is IIH in which I now have a VA shunt to relieve my cerebral spinal pressure in my head by sending excess CSF to my heart. I had 3 brain surgeries and 3 abdominal surgeries to get this all worked out but I still have head pain much of the time. Originally I had a VP shunt. The catheter in my peritoneal was causing damage to some of my internal organs and left me with a lot of adhesions so that is why it was converted to a VA shunt.

Hi. I just finished a telephone interview attempting to get on disability. I'm sixty and just had two buccal mucosa excisions for squamous carcinoma (cheek) and a neck dissection. Still, to my dismay, in major pain and fearing a recurrence although the corresponding sectors of lymph nodes have been removed. Previously, I had six bouts of recurring bladder cancer and after the surgeries and chemo, have been clean for five years, but still get a cysto every six months.

I got my first denial letter April 14th. I have since hired a lawyer. I have uncontrolled diabetes with an A1c of 12. I have high blood pressure, diabetic neuropathy, a diaphragmatic hernia. I also was born with Tarsal coalition. I am tired all the time and my feet and hands are in constant pain. After you get a lawyer how long is the waiting period usually for the next answer? Hi I have been told by SS that I can not get any SS because I was a stay home mom & I never paid in. My husband gets SSDI $1157 a mo for a family of 2. SS also told me im not disabled under their guidelines. This is what I do not get. I have to have help even to stand up at times & I think I need a hip replacement because my Dr said I have Osteo in both hips and both knees & my left hip is off the chart. I also was told by 2 foot doctors I have giant fish hook shaped heel spurs & my feet were collapsing & the ligaments pulling from the bone.

Im a 55 yr. old female. Have had degen disc since 2009, neuropathy 2010, spinal stenosis and osteopenia 2014, knee osteoarthritis(tri compartmental with joint spacing)2015. Diagnosed with epilepsy(caused by concussions),have grand mals but only every 2 years, have petit mals every month to every other month...more frequent when there is strsss such as being at work etc.

can i go to school, if im receving state desability

I am a single mom I have had 2 pulmonary embolism in the last 12 months. I have had to miss several hours of work going to the dr.s every week. I still don't know what causes them. So I now have been going to several other specialist. I just need some temporary help. will I qualify?
