I am sorry to hear that. You can't get Social Security for your height alone, but the other conditions like scoliosis or depression could qualify you for Social Security.
My wife is 4' 7" tall and i am wondering if She qualify for disability?

You may be able to. You can fill out a form online at the SSA's website or go to your local SSA office to find out.

If you are simply 4'11 and do not have a disability, you will not qualify for benefits.
