You would need to contact the SSA regarding this.
I had dispute with my bank over a transaction, we could not reslove. I changed my direct deposit info with ssi to a different bank. I received payment at new bank. Following month the old bank told ssi i signed for direct deposit to be paid to old bank and ssi did it with out my knowledge or consent. What can i do?

You may want to contact the SSA regarding this and confirm that their information is correct, it may have been a clerical error on your old bank's part.

It should be in his account by today--you can call the SSA at 1-800-772-1213 if it isn't for any reason though. They're likely delayed due to the holiday.

My husband, my adult daughter, and I share a checking account. Can I still do direct deposit for my disability benefits if my daughter is on the account? She's in charge of paying all our bills, and managing our checking account.
