Ogden residents who have their disability claim denied at the both the initial and reconsideration stages will have to travel to the Salt Lake City Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) for a disability heating. If you have not yet hired a disability attorney or advocate, you should do so before attending your disability hearing.

For some applicants who are in a dire financial or medical situation, it may not be feasible to wait this long for a hearing.
