I applied for social security disability a February 11, 2020. I was approved on September 29, 2020. My approval letter state they found me disable on September 29 and my benefits will become effective February 2021. They also filed an application on my behalf for SSI to cover me until I start receiving my SSDI. My question is whether I’m entitled to backpay for the period between my application and my approval date minus the five months waiting.

I have been mentally challenged my whole life and I have suffered from seizures every scene i was 2years old , my father Has passed He was 68 years old He was collecting social security and he was collecting Ava check for his disability I am 33 years Don't get very much from my disability is there any way I can collect from my father's disability, since I was his son, mental status im 33 but mentally challenged , with Major seizures
My son is about to turn 18 in March 2021. He has autism. I have applied to disability 3 times in his life and have been denied all 3 times because I make more money than allowed. When he turns 18, I will have Continued Guardianship of him. Will he qualify for SSI/SSDI upon reaching age 18 despite my cont guardianship? When should I apply for him? Will his benefit be the standard monthly benefit or is it based on my work record ?

How does the recalculating work inceasing ssdi monthly payments when doing the back to work program? Also, what is the amount that ssa would consider in determining whether an ssdi recipients can receive an increase on their monthly ssdi payments?

Is a non custodial parent allowed to use the child's soc sec.benefiits as child support directly to custodial parent?? (Parenting plan was never turned in as supposed to and has been lying to soc sec.about child's custody of the custodial parent)
