Work injury now unemployed from it

I was injured at work and after a year and a half , two surgeries, lots of PT, and being placed on permanent restrictions for my shoulder I have been let go from my job.

I have a 10 pound permanent retraction and that below shoulder level. I also have a serious sleep issue from pain.

Now that I have been let go from work I don't know if I can find work to support my family under these restrictions. Do I have a chance at disability?

60y/o Registered Nurse post CVA

After much discussion with family I applied for disability on line 08/14. I have worked 32 years as a Nurse, had a Rt. cerebellar stroke Feb.2014 leaving me with balance problems, constant loud buzzing in ears, and increase facial spasms also Cardiologist found small hole in heart which is believed part of the cause of the blood clot which initiated the stroke. I have attempted to work 3 times since which did not last more than a few days to a few weeks. I've been in denial that I can no longer function as a Nurse. How long does it take to hear back from SS Administration once filed?

Hi, I applied for ssdi few years ago, went through the first 2 appeals and was waiting on my ALJ hearing. My attorney did not notify of my hearing date and since I didn’t know about it I missed it and denied. My attorney was horrible anyways. I have filed again and done some research about the process and I noticed so many horrible mistakes he made. I actually never was face to face with him. Ok well here I my situation that my old attorney didn’t tell me about. My conditions are both physical and mental.
