I recently lost my benefits because I earned more than the allowed maximum. Is there an appeal process whereby I can be reinstated ?
In a 5 month span, I earned , in aggregate, +/- $3,900 over the allowed max.

Hi there,
The SSA does allow SSDI recipients to earn more than the SGA limits in something called a "Trial Work Period". If you're still otherwise eligible for benefits, then you may be able to appeal their decision.
A notice of revised decision arrived Dec 3, stating That my disability is continuing. I would like to know, how long does it take for SSA to continue payments? The local and national phone help were no help at all.

Hi Chryanne,
They may have included a date for your disability benefits to resume, in the letter, if they have not they may send a letter letting you know when they resume.
