Medicare insurance

My husband was diagnost with stage four liver cancer.
They found a large mass in August attached was a blood clot, althow his cancer had started in his gaulblader . And gotten in his bile ducts he was given emergency disability . He had already started his ssi and is told he is not eligible for Medicare ,Medicare or any other insurance we could think of . I am sorry for going on and on his cancer has spread to all his organs and into his brain . Difficult to be told no by everyone he is 63 and was given 2-6 months . Can you help Christina m
