I'm 33, disabled and because of it, forced to live with my parents (my dad is working and earns a good amount of money). I have applied for SSDI. Will it affect my chances of qualifying if Social Security finds out about my living situation?

Hello. Whether you live alone or with someone else, it all depends on what you contribute. If you live in someone else's household and don't pay for food and/or shelter costs, your SSI benefit may be reduced by up to one–third of the SSI Federal benefit rate.
