Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)

Okay so I have been waiting almost 4 years, getting denied and having to appeal my case multiple time.
And they recently just denied me AGAIN and sent me a review of my case that told me almost every detail of it.
AND IT IS COMPLETE HORSEHOCKEY
I was told by my Pathways counselor to sign up for Disability benefits because she thought I couldnt work because I have major depression and EXTREME anxiety..
Well I read my case review and it said so many things told by Pathways that WAS NOT TRUE...

Can anyone tell me if I filed for disability in early 2016 and was denied so I appealed it and had a hearing in June 2017 the judge ruled in my favor and approved me claim will I receive back payments from when I filed in 2016?

I had a remand hearing that was finally approved over a year ago. When I search my name in google the whole remand hearing/alj is posted and all of my personal information is available for anyone to see. I contacted ssi over a year ago when I first noticed it and they claim it's public records. I also contacted every website that posted it explaining how it is embarrassing and will affect me in the future and they also claim it's for public viewing, some have removed it but it returned recently. Is there anything else I can do?

IF my child received an SSI overpayment, and they are taking a mall amount monthly to pay it back, and his benefits stop before he pays the full overpayment back, what happens then?

And if I am on disability, can the legally hold back a portion of my disability to pay back his overpayment?

I just received a letter stating my dire needs request was approved. How long does it usually take to get a hearing date?

I got a letter from social security saying I was entitled to monthly disability benefits beginning July 2017. The date you became disabled: it says we found that you became disabled under our rules on February 2017. To qualify for disability benefits, you must be disabled for five calendar months in a row. The first month you are entilted to benefits is july 2017. I'' recieve my first payment on august 9 2017. Do I recieve any back pay because I haven't worked in 5 months.

I was wondering If they have programs for housing under disability for SSI?

i recently got my paperwork stating i was approved for ssdi n that i became disabled under our rules on oct11 2016 My question is I do not have any medical and welfare said i make to much 1550 is what i get a month Am I entitled to any help or ssi and how and where do i find this out As far as i know i do not even have a case manager and I also need to move now but it will be within the state but to a different county PLEASE HELP ME I AM SO LOST.

Currently I seeking advice as I was advised by my doctor to apply for both VA disability and SS disability. Currently, I being treated in the VA system. The major problem is HLA B-27. I periodically breakout in inflammations in the back and eyes leading to weeks where I can barely work or not work at all especially if it occurs in the eyes. Other problems attributed to this cause is that I have the subset named reactive arthritis. Other problems that the VA diagnosed are major depression, bipolar, and a form of social anxiety.

I am a disabled vet that had a rather protracted SSDI process. I ended up with the Federal District Court overturning the lower court and awarding me SSDI. This has resulted in my children receiving a large back payment.
I am also medically retired from the US Army and receive compensation.

I don't need to use their back pay nor their monthly pay for my children's monthly expenses. So their back pay and monthly pay goes into their own accounts to which I am named guardian or custodian.
