Can you resign from your job and qualify for benefits?
I have had ocd and depression since 16 and only worked for a few weeks at one job and a month at the other. I really don't have a work history because of my disorder. I'm trying to find out the steps to take to apply for disablity. I can't work because of severe ocd and panic attacks etc.
I have eplipsey deprisson and fibromyalgia do I qualify
I m posting in behalf of my mother. She is very sick with a dibilitating auto-immune disease. We've applied multiple times, and even went too speak to a lawyer, but he told us there is no way she qualified. She never will, because she didn't work enough. She quit working to take care of me and then her health soon got to where she couldn't. She can't work. Our household income is not enugh to pay for the treatment we need, but just a little bit too much to get any help. I refuse to belive that there is nothing that can be done.
I have rhmeutoid arthritis , copd , and bone on bone arthritis in my left hip , should i apply ?
My daughter was diagnosed with ASD, two years old and I would like to know if I qualify for supplemental income for her. Currently, we have insurance, however, her condition requires many weekly appointments and co-payments which we can't afford to keep up with. My husband and I have two other kids, and I can't seem to work considering how many appointments I have to be available for each week. Please, advise.
This may be a difficult question to answer but here goes.
Back in 2004 I applies for disability due to depression/bipolar I was denied, I appealed and took it as far as the judge.
He approved me, however by then I was working so he ONLY gave me my 4 years of back pay and not ongoing.
Which would have made me disabled as of 2004, right?
Fast forward to current year 2015, I have re applied. IF I am to be approved what happens to all the years in between do they just say I was not disabled or would they have to look back and say my disability date is still started 2004?
