How do I access my SSD account online?

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

Please, I need a copy verifying how much SSD is paying me per month but I do not remember how to find and then access my personal SSD information account. I would like to print out any document from the federal government (SSD) which proves how much I am paid each month. I have major problems remember things and staying organized because I can't focus, become distracted due to thoughts racing through my mind which causes my life to be disorganized. This is the result of post traumatic stress disorder which causes me to be distracted most of the time.

Need Help

I need to know how to get my mother disability benefits. She has had mental problems all of her life and has been in and out of mental hospitals for most of my life. She used to be on disability; however, she wanted to prove that she could work so she got off the system. She did ok for a while, but she can't hold down a job due to her problems (depression and paranoia). Now she also has major chronic health problems that keep her from moving around very much without completely losing her breath.

Risperdal under SSI

Our daughter went through an extremely truamatic event as a small child and was diagnosed with PTSD, ODD, sexual rape of a child, along with a list of others. She has had severe problems ranging from anxiety and outbursts to dissociation and everything in between. She was prescribed risperidone (Risperdal) when the doctors couldn't find anything else effective for her. It was working much better than we'd hoped but now Medicaid under SSI will no longer pay for this outrageously expensive medication. They will only grant it for children with autism.

In 1987 I was involved in a tragic car accident; was in coma 2months4weeks;underwent multiple surgeries, therapies. In fact I completed 8th grade in the hospital. I was 13. By now, high school has been completed (1992), & I've attended a number of small colleges in MN. I wed in '98, going from Kari Vasseur to Kari Olson [my maiden name WILL ALWAYS be remembered]. In car accident I lost height, & had to learn everything all over, from infant stage on. Medically it was claimed how my comprehension has yeilded.
