disability or social security for my daughter

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

background: I have never recieved child support. paternity established 11 years ago. My daughter's father has a criminal and mental health record. (In / out of jail). we dont know where he is . got away from him becuase it was unsafe and unhealthy . My question is : Can I go to the federal building /social security office and ask for disability of her behalf because of her dad and his back ground. I do know for a fact that he does not receive any government money. He actually refuses it. so his child/child's mother does not get any money. Anyway. can I do that?

My ability to earn income is very limited due to ongoing health issues. However, I am occasionally able to earn a little money. Is there a maximum amount of earned income I can have and still qualify for social security disability benefits.

Several Health Issues

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

This past week I was admitted into the hospital because I was vomiting an excessive amount of blood. I came to learn I have cirrhosis of the liver (due to alcohol consumption even though I was only a social drinker and stuck mostly to beer and wine), three ulcers in my stomach, one ulcer and varices in my esophagus caused by a bacterial infection (which has also attacked my lower bladder, causing frequent urination that leads to incontinence because of sudden strong urges to do so), and anemia. I also have thrombocytepenia, which I was diagnosed with last year.
